Extreme Tech Challenge
Contest Director (2016 - 2019)
Built the startup pipeline, designed the application and evaluation process, formed partnerships and organized pitch events, worked closely with finalists, judges and sponsors. Hosted the competition on stage at CES and on Necker Island.
Coached the founders of the Top 10 on their models, technology roadmap, design and delivery of their pitches.
ContenT Director & Production (2016 & 2019)
Developed the overall design concept and digital marketing strategy for the competition.
Hired and worked with a team of design and digital marketing experts, to create content, promote and market the competition for XTC Semi-Finals at CES and XTC Finals on Necker Island (including Press Releases, brochures, marketing materials, social media posts, newsletters, videos).
Coordinated communications with the contestants, attendees, judges, and sponsors.
Developed the show run and script, and oversaw the work by the production company, tech team,s and the A/V crew at the venues.

Workshops, one-on-one sessions with each company to work on their business models, digital marketing strategies, product design, pitches, storytelling and presentation design and building fundraising materials, preparation for demo days, investor decks and other presentations.
Coordinating with the tech and A/V team of the venue.

Ocean Gala Live Auction Items
MaiTai Global & OceanElders hosted their first annual Ocean Gala; a fundraiser supporting the ocean and its wildlife. There was a live auction at the event and we created the short videos for each auction item.
